Rules For Payment Of Fee
  • Fee is to be deposited in three instalments at State Bank of India, Barnala Branch. Phone -230950.
  • Twelve months tuition fee is to be remitted as indicated below:
    • 1st Instalment (April, May, June, July) Annual Charges to be paid on or before April 10th.
    • 2nd Instalment (Aug., Sept., Oct & Nov.) to be paid on or before Aug. 15th.
    • 3rd Instalment (Dec., Jan. Feb. & March) to be paid on or before Dec. 15th.
  • The date will be strictly observed and if the payment is not done in time, a fine of Rs. 100/- per instalment will be levied upto next month (upto next 15 days in case of 2nd instalment) and thereafter Rs. 50/- per month. Part of the month will be treated as full month.
  • If the fee is not paid for two months the pupil's name will automatically be struck off the rolls and re-admission fee of Rs. 1000/- will be charged along with the fee not paid by the student.
  • Parents and Guardians will kindly preserve the receipts issued to them and produce them as proof of payment of fee, if needed.
