The
National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) is a National level
scholarship programme in India to identify and nurture talented
students. It is organized by an official body (NCERT) and is widely
regarded as the most prestigious examination at high school level in the
country.
Samridhi of class IX brought laurels to the school when she got selected
for this prestigious scholarship. She secured a state rank of 11 and an
all India rank of 94.
Sanridhi’s achievement is a commendable one since she is the first
student in Barnala to achieve this feat. She is awarded a monthly
scholarship of Rs.500/- for pursuing higher studies. She will definitely
inspire many more meritorious Sacred Heartians to follow her footsteps.
A proud moment for the school indeed!
She was honored in the school on the occasion of the Independence Day
programme by Smt. Anjali Berry W/o. Addl. District Judge Barnala who was
the chief guest for the day. |
13th
National science Olympiad foundation honored Sr. Reshmi with the
'Best Principal' award for sending the highest number of entries from
the school. She received award from honorable Union Minister for Science
and technology Shri Pawan Bansal. Kudos to Kshitij Singhal of VIII A who
a silver medal at the 13th National Science Olympiad. Honourable
Chief Justice Kerala High Court Shri Jawaaharlal Gupta awarded him
medal.
